Entry is free and open to ASEAN Citizens aged 18 years and over. Employees of Star Cruise Travel Service Pte Ltd, Cruise & Travel Media Pte Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form provided by Cruise & Travel Media Pte Ltd. This promotion is being conducted by Star Cruise Travel Service Pte Ltd, of 9 Penang Road, #11-08 Park Mall, Singapore, 238459 (“the Promoter”) of and runs from 11th September 2016 to 10th December 2016.
There is one prize, which will be awarded to the most creative entry. The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate eligible entrants’ entries. Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

– Valid for travel between Jan 2017 – Sep 2017 (Low Season Departures only)
– It is applicable for the specific cruise itinerary and cabin category indicated. Guests must cruise within the validity period stated
– Additional guests will be subjected to the applicable cruise charges
– This voucher cannot be redeemed during peak seasons, public holidays and any other ‘closed-out’ dates set by Star Cruise Travel Service Pte Ltd
– All reservations are subject to cabin availability and must be made in advance
– This prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Lost or expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
– Cruise package includes meals onboard as specified in the Passage Contract. It excludes a la carte menus and certain beverage items
– This prize is exclusive of passenger handling charges, visa fees (where applicable) and other incidental charges
– This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, redemption or loyalty award programmes
– The cruise specified herein is governed by Star Cruises Terms and Conditions as stipulated in the Passage Contract. Star Cruises reserves the right to change or modify the itinerary at any time.

The prize does not include passports, flights, airport lounges, domestic transfers, additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules, additional meals or drinks purchased on board or other spending money. Additional expenses including, meals not specified in the chosen trip itinerary, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature, are at passengers’ expense. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel as it is not included.
It is the responsibility of the individual to advise of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements in advance of the competition.
The Prize must be taken in full and as a package as per specified departure dates in 2017. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize, which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, and the winner is unable to transfer the prize to a nominated person, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next valid entry as determined by the judges appointed by the Promoter. Prizes must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

One (1) entry will be selected at 5.00pm on 15th December 2016, from all entries. The prize is non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.
As a condition of entry, entrants must agree to receive mail and/ or email newsletters/ brochures from Star Cruises and Cruise&Travel Asia.
Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize-winner will be notified by Cruise & Travel Asia Pte Ltd by 5.00pm on 15th December 2016. The winner will be contacted by either email or phone. They will be notified by mail and/or email no later than one week following the prize draw. Results will be published on Cruiseandtravelasia.com This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated. Prize letter/ prize will be sent to prize-winner within one month of the winner being decided.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
